Migrating either project or data from one environment to another environment is known as a migration.
Migrations are of Two types

Project Migration:
Migrating the Project from one database to other in PeopleSoft Customizations (or)
Modifications done by users (or) PeopleSoft itself given to us in the form of Projects.
Then we can be able to migrate these projects from one database to other. Before migrating
the projects we need to confirm the source and target environments then we have to generate
some reports.

Data Migration:

Compare reports are used for the developers to check whether the project is successfully migrated
or not.
Compare reports are of two types:
a) Pre Compare Reports
b) Post Compare Reports
We run Pre compare reports before Project Migration.
We run Post compare reports after Project Migration
We run compare reports using Application Designer.
